With great dedication and technical skill, he creates works that combine both emotional depth and technical precision. Depending on the size of the canvas, the level of detail, and the painting technique, Kelvin Kioi spends between 50 and 60 hours—sometimes even significantly more—on a single painting.
Particularly close to his heart is a large-format work depicting a herd of African horned cattle against a blood-red sunset. This painting, on which he worked for many weeks, exemplifies his artistic vision: to blend cultural identity, nature, and atmosphere into striking compositions.
