What you need

  • The door code we sent you previously.
  • Alternatively: The key safe code we sent you previously.

What to do

  1. Enter the door code we sent you previously in the number pad next to the door.
  2. If the door is locked: There is a key safe on the right-hand window, in the lower safe.
  3. Enter the key safe code we sent you previously.
  4. Please return the key to the key safe after use.

What to do

  1. Download the Häfele Access Hotel app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Install the app.
  3. Complete the registration process.

2. Digital Key

What you need

  • Häfele Access Hotel app installed
  • Bluetooth on your device enabled
  • Stable internet connection

What to do

Note: Accordingly to our official check-in times, your digital key will appear in the Häfele Access Hotel app at 3:00 PM (not before).

  1. Open the Häfele Access Hotel app.
  2. Your digital key will appear.
  3. Bluetooth is ON & the app can send you notifications.
  4. Follow the signs to your apartment.
  5. Hold your phone near the electronic door lock to unlock the door.
